It is cold and snowy on much of the East Coast, but we have so much festival news to keep us warm and ready for summer today. Starting with Forecastle’s lineup – that dropped moments ago
Here it is:
The headliners leaked for some on a Reddit thread last night, and that turned out to be true. As much as you may think we like leaks, it takes a lot of the fun out of lineup release day. That said, Forecastle’s lineup is super intriguing. There are some phenomenal names on this undercard – so let’s dig in a little.
From a personal perspective, I am excited to see Nelly is popping up again this year. I was really looking forward to seeing him at ACL last year, but the stage setup and crowd size prevented me from being able to even hear him, so now I have a second chance.
Maggie Rogers, one of the Captains Clues, is also phenomenal live. We have seen her at a couple festivals over the last couple of years.
Others we are excited for: Chvrches, Judah & The Lion, Lauv, Ruen Brothers, Chromeo and the always funky Jungle.
