Innings Festival is set to take place February 29 – March 1, 2020 in Tempe, AZ (during spring training) and combines two of my favorite things: music festivals and baseball. There is also festival food involved – so you know I was completely sold on this one almost immediately. I had a fantastic time at Innings in 2019, including meeting Rollie Fingers and David Ross, checking out amazing music and eating my way through the gorgeous waterfront park. Check out our full recap from Innings 2019 here.
This will be Innings third year and it will once again be held at Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park. The festival is produced by C3 – the amazing company behind Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits. I have found the C3 festivals, particularly Austin City Limits, to be among the most well organized around.
Earlier this morning, Innings dropped their 2020 lineup and tickets are now on sale.
Innings Festival is themed to capture that baseball spirit and designed to appeal to visitors in the area for spring training as well as music lovers from all around. Parking and navigating were super easy and the area is pretty. This is definitely one we recommend checking out.
I am currently in the process of trying to convince my long lost fantasy baseball group to make this our much talked about reunion weekend. We would love to connect with anyone who went to Innings or answer any questions about the experience you may have.
