BeachLife Festival is back in Redondo Beach, California May 1- 3 with an awesome 2020 lineup. This fest is basically #goals for anyone who loves the beach and all things SoCal. There’s absolutely nothing better than music, a drink, the beach, and a beautiful weekend soaking up the California sun with your toes in the sand . . . oh man just writing that made me need a vacation.
Our team had a great time last year and you can read about their experience in our recap post here. One of the coolest aspects of this festival last year was the side-stage dining experience – which they are bringing back again along with some weekend brunches and a wine village.
BeachLife is also adding a brand new stage to its setup. The Speakeasy Stage (presented by Jack Daniels) and developed by BeachLife Creative Director Jim Lindberg, will provide a spot for unique acoustic performances from a lineup packed with rock legends and SoCal punk staples. Lindberg is himself a legend and pioneer of the West Coast punk scene – as the frontman for Hermosa Beach-based group Pennywise. He explained that the Speakeasy was designed to integrate some of LA’s hardcore spirit into the easygoing nature of the festival. The stage will feature raw – stripped down performances from some pretty legendary artists in an intimate, laid-back format.
We can’t wait to get back out to the beach for this one. Check out some of our coverage from last year including our full recap and top ten list for more info. Or check out the official site to buy tickets.
