Okeechobee Lineup 2022

Welcome to 2022, LTFL readers! The start of the year also means we are gearing up for yet another jam-packed festival circuit. For many festival goers, this year will kick off with a step through the portal to Okeechobee. The fest takes place at Sunshine Grove in Okeechobee, FL on March 3-6. Before we dive into the fest, take a look at the Okeechobee 2021 lineup below!

Okeechobee Lineup Thoughts

I’ll start off my reaction by saying that this will be my first time at Okeechobee and I couldn’t be more excited. As an avid lover of camping fests like Bonnaroo and Firefly, I’ve got high hopes for this fest. One name that calls to me on the first line is our girl Rezz. I (regrettably) missed her late night performance at Firefly 2020 and have been reminded ever since that is was a huge mistake.

Scanning through the rest of the lineup, there are some names you should get acquainted with. Tai Verdes is one that I’m expecting to really burst onto the scene this year. His stage presence and catchy songs are going to take him places. Blu DeTiger and Cannons are two relatively new artists that are commanding attention in the scene as well. I will admit that I haven’t taken the time to dive into the undercard but from what I have heard, Okeechobee should be a massive party. Who are your most anticipated artists on this year’s lineup and why?

The aspect of Okeechobee that I’m most interested by is the PoWoW, akin to Bonnaroo’s Superjams. To give you an idea, the 2016 PoWoW featured artists including Miguel, Skrillex, Mac Miller, John Oates and more. I truly have no idea what to expect from this year’s PoWoW, but I promise I’ll be writing about it in April. Have you been to OMF and experienced a PoWoW? Let me know in the comments what you thought!
